Job summary

Snyk is seeking a Senior Technical Success Manager to partner with enterprise customers, guiding them through DevSecOps with Snyk’s Application Security platform. You’ll drive adoption, build trusted relationships, and help customers realize value from our suite of products.

You’ll coordinate with Product, Sales, and Support to address risks, inform roadmaps, and facilitate ROI-focused QBRs, enabling customers to achieve stronger security outcomes and business gains.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role in the enterprise space.
• Experience guiding engineering and security teams through DevSecOps journeys.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with security tools/workflows such as GitHub, Jira, Jenkins and VS Code.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption and value realization for enterprise customers across Application Security workflows.
• Build trusted relationships with customer engineering and security teams to support adoption and retention.
• Deliver onboarding programs to help customers achieve security goals using Snyk products.
• Advocate internally for customer needs, partnering with Product, Sales, and Support to flag risks and inform roadmap feedback.
• Prepare and help facilitate business review meetings (QBRs), using data to demonstrate ROI and surface expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to remove barriers to adoption and resolve technical challenges.
