Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Head of Technical Services to lead the delivery of technical support and service excellence across maintenance on the account. You will ensure safe, compliant and efficient operation of all technical services while driving performance and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Chartered Engineering status and an engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience leading engineering operations in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of quality management systems with strong HSE compliance.
• Experience with CMMS/CAFM systems, maintenance planning, scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical lead for maintenance strategy, advice and delivery.
• Manage the cost centre P&L alongside the finance team.
• Provide technical consultancy to the Account Director and deputise when required.
• Lead on the delivery of the account compliance programme.
• Drive operational efficiencies to improve performance and reliability.
• Engage with assets/projects for handover and risk management.
