Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Engineering Manager to lead multi-skilled engineering teams across Scotland and the UK region. You will drive operational performance, uphold technical standards, and ensure safe, compliant service delivery in line with SLAs and KPIs.

You will bring a strong background in hard services facilities management and building services engineering, with proven leadership, subcontractor management, and a focus on energy efficiency and asset lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in Technical Services management or supervision.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Experience with LV/HV distribution systems, UPS and generators.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate regional engineering teams across sites.
• Ensure resources and skill sets are effectively deployed.
• Maintain and improve compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Coach, mentor and develop teams to improve performance and retention.

Education

HNC/HND/Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
