Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking an experienced Regional Engineering Supervisor to lead multi-skilled engineering teams across the GEO2 region. You will drive operational performance, uphold technical standards, and manage client relationships to deliver services safely against SLAs and KPIs.

The role focuses on resource deployment, on-call coverage, technical escalation, and development of engineers. You will oversee compliance, safety, PPMs, and energy efficiency initiatives while reporting to

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in Technical Services management or supervision.
• Vocational qualification at level 3 in engineering or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical building systems.
• Experience with LV distribution systems, UPS and generators.
• Previous Authorized Person experience or ability to undertake training.
• Proven leadership and team management in hard services operations.
• Experience managing subcontractors and asset lifecycle management.
• Solid understanding of statutory compliance, health & safety and quality standards.
• Experience using CAFM, scheduling and auditing systems.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service, communication and report-writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate regional engineers across the GEO2 region.
• Ensure optimal deployment of resources and skills across sites.
• Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Monitor maintenance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Provide technical escalation for complex faults.
• Coach and develop engineers to boost performance.
• Manage rotas and on-call coverage.
• Audit workmanship and service quality.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and safe systems of work.
• Ensure timely PPM activities and compliance inspections.
• Promote health, safety and compliance culture.
• Review data to identify trends and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement in maintenance and asset management.
