Job summary

Precision Components Ltd is seeking an experienced Technical Sales Manager to expand our presence in the UK and internationally, focusing on high-precision rotors and machined components. You will identify opportunities, engage with OEMs and engineering teams, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

You will work closely with senior management to grow revenue, expand into emerging markets, and maintain strong customer relationships across Europe, North America, and beyond.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in technical sales within a precision engineering or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining, milling, grinding and metal cutting processes.
• Knowledge of helical form components, rotating equipment or similar precision-machined products.
• Ability to discuss component design, tolerances, materials and performance with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow sales of precision-engineered rotors and related components.
• Identify, qualify and secure new customers within target markets and industrial sectors.
• Assess emerging markets and technologies for growth opportunities.
• Lead commercial negotiations adhering to pricing structures and long-term contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, engineering teams and procurement professionals.
