Winsearch is seeking a Senior Technical Sales Representative for Reading HQ and surrounding areas. You will drive technical sales in ground support and propping, manage key accounts, interpret engineering drawings, and lead proposals and tenders.

A field-based role offers autonomy and important customer exposure across southern regions. Excellent starting salary with bonus, car allowance, pension, life assurance, and ongoing development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven technical sales experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure or related sectors.
• Experience developing new business while managing key customer relationships.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and secure new business opportunities across ground support and propping solutions.
• Build and grow strategic key account relationships across the Southern region.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and tender submissions.
• Represent the business at client meetings, industry events and site visits.
