Job summary

Thames Water Utilities Limited is recruiting a Senior Technical Coordinator to join our Smart Metering Operations Centre (SMOC) team. You will support the Technical Lead to identify opportunities, resolve technical challenges and deliver initiatives that improve operational performance.

You will triage inbound tickets, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, manage multiple workstreams, and create clear reports to support decision making.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
• Experience creating, maintaining and interpreting reports.
• Proficient with IT systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the SMOC Technical Lead with day-to-day activities to improve operational performance.
• Triaging inbound technical tickets and ensuring faults are progressed by appropriate teams within SLAs.
• Working with internal and external stakeholders, sharing findings and updates.
• Collaborating across the team to deliver successful outcomes.
• Managing multiple initiatives and workstreams to deliver on time and to a high standard.
• Creating and maintaining clear reporting to support decision-making and performance.
