The successful candidate will manage the complete design process, ensuring compliance with standards and budgetary restraints. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a technical management/coordination role within residential house building.
• Strong technical knowledge, able to manage complex projects.
• Experience collaborating with local authorities and clients.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the project from planning to completion.
• Set up and monitor Design Team Programmes.
• Ensure design compliance with standards.
• Manage Technical Coordinators and Administrators.
• Appoint and manage consultants.
