Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working within a technical coordination role within a residential house builder.
• Strong technical knowledge is essential.
• Ability to manage the complete design process.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the project from start of planning to completion.
• Setting up and monitoring of Design Team Programmes.
• Ensuring design complies with standards.
• Promoting design that respects budgetary restraints.
• Technically design and manage the scheme.
• Directly manage Technical Coordinators, Technical Administrators and Consultants.
