Job summary

CB&I Asset Solutions is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager - Structural to lead the engineering and construction function across large projects. You will drive technical delivery assurance, manage client interfaces, and oversee teams to improve performance and safety both onshore and offshore.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in structural, piping, and civil disciplines, and a track record in delivering major projects.

Qualifications

• Multidiscipline engineering knowledge in energy industries.
• Strong background in Structural/Civil, Piping and Construction offshore/onshore.
• Experience in large-scale onshore construction delivery.
• Knowledge of industry standards and technical processes for modifications.
• Engineering degree in relevant subject.
• Ability to interact with senior leadership and clients.
• Experience in project management and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and construction function on large projects.
• Ensure delivery assurance and governance on technical matters.
• Maintain client interface on technical issues.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
