Job summary

ITS Construction Professionals South LTD seeks an experienced Design/Technical Manager for major South East projects. You will lead design, coordinate teams, and drive buildability, compliance and programme milestones from pre-construction through delivery.

Applicants should have main contracting experience, strong leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to work with architects, consultants and supply chain partners.

Qualifications

• Experience leading design and technical processes from pre-construction to delivery.
• Strong understanding of construction design, coordination and buildability.
• Knowledge of Building Regulations and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and technical process from pre-construction through to completion.
• Manage design deliverables, information release schedules and milestones.
• Review drawings and specifications for compliance and buildability.
• Develop and maintain design programmes and submissions on time.
• Lead design team meetings and drive actions to completion.
• Collaborate with operations to support programmes, cost, quality and procurement.
