Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams on large projects.
• Strong ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Structural and Civil Engineering discipline across the region.
• Ensure high quality deliverables via QA/QC reviews and technical audits.
• Support business development with technical input and hour estimates.
• Mentor engineering staff and ensure alignment with global standards.
• Manage budgets, inter-office collaboration, and resource allocation.
• Drive innovation through digital engineering, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.
