Qualifications

• Chartered Engineer status required or clearly demonstrated equivalent.
• Extensive consultancy experience in structural design.
• Proven ability to direct complex structural design and reviews across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design of complex structural projects.
• Provide advanced analysis and design direction across project teams.
• Review high‑risk or complex designs and provide specialist guidance.
• Mentor engineers and shape design standards within the Centre of Excellence.
• Drive design excellence, innovation and sustainability.
• Capture lessons learned to improve technical processes.
