Job summary

Bloom & Wild is seeking a Technical Senior CRM Associate to build and optimise transactional and triggered email campaigns, with hands-on development using HTML, CSS and Liquid. You’ll write SQL for segmentation, manage API triggers, and help evolve the AppsFlyer setup.

This is a senior IC role in a hybrid, marketing-led CRM function. You’ll collaborate with the Senior CRM & Lifecycle Manager and Email Developer, ensuring precision in customer communications and scalable automation across

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building transactional and triggered emails with HTML/CSS and Liquid logic.
• SQL for audience segmentation and data pulls.
• Experience with CRM/email platforms and API integrations.
• Ability to document build logic and contribute to a knowledge base.
• Curious, collaborative and data-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Build and own complex transactional and triggered email campaigns using HTML, CSS, and Liquid.
• QA campaigns and develop scalable QA solutions.
• Write SQL queries for segmentation and data pulls.
• Own API trigger documentation with Product and Engineering.
• Support AppsFlyer setup and deep-linking, collaborate across teams.
• Assist during peak periods and contribute to knowledge sharing.
