Job summary

Bloom & Wild Group, London-based, is seeking a Technical Senior CRM Associate to own hands-on build work for customer communications. You’ll report to the Senior CRM & Lifecycle Manager and collaborate with the Email Developer to deliver complex transactional and lifecycle emails.

You’ll write SQL for audience segmentation, use HTML/CSS and Liquid for campaigns, and help extend AI investments while supporting API integrations and platform automation.

Qualifications

• Curious and innovative mindset with a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience building transactional and triggered emails with HTML/CSS and Liquid.
• Strong data skills for audience segmentation and data pulls; comfortable with SQL drafting/checking.

Responsibilities

• Build and QA complex transactional/triggered email campaigns; maintain reliability of critical communications.
• Write SQL for segmentation and data pulls; leverage AI-assisted drafting to speed up processes.
• Own API trigger documentation with Product and Engineering; support app/email deep-linking builds.
• Collaborate with CRM team to prioritise campaigns and enable scale across peak periods.
