Job summary

The role includes leading Planned, Corrective and Reactive maintenance tasks, issuing Permits to Work, and ensuring safety procedures are followed. Collaboration with vendors and shift leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in Critical Environments such as Data Centres or Banking HQ.
• Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Authorised Person (High/Low Voltage) as required.
• BS 7671 (Current Edition) compliance.
• Desirable: C&G 2391 Inspection, Test & Certification.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate and maintain MEP assets in the critical facility with an electrical focus.
• Lead Planned, Corrective and Reactive maintenance tasks as required.
• Issue Permits to Work and ensure compliance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Coordinate specialist vendor visits and ensure quality of work and reporting.
