Role Overview: You are a seasoned, technically minded Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM), ready to become the go-to expert for customers. You will guide clients through full implementation, from onboarding complex systems to tackling integration challenges and leading technical sessions that showcase the product's brilliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and manage all product-related interactions with clients, from software engineers to the C-suite.
  • Build lasting relationships to help clients unlock maximum value from their data.
  • Assist in onboarding, integration, and technical demonstrations.

Requirements:

  • Deep experience with Cloud native tooling.
  • Hands-on knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana, DataDog, or Splunk.
  • Ability to troubleshoot containerized environments proficiently.
  • Strong technical knowledge with the confidence to communicate effectively.
