Overview

First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic Events Management business that is looking to recruit a Senior Technical Account Manager on a permanent basis due to growth.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to develop innovative proposals. The core of this role involves building and maintaining strong relationships, fostering trust, and managing existing accounts while developing new client relationships.

You will curate bespoke solutions to enhance client events and contribute to long-term revenue growth. The role offers an attractive salary with an uncapped commission package, rewarding your dedication and success.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts.
• Work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, providing creative solutions to enhance their events.
• Analyze sales data and trends to identify growth opportunities, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Lead and guide the account management team.
• Attend industry events to strengthen existing relationships and develop new connections.

Qualifications and experience:

• 5+ years of account management experience in the exhibition/event sector.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint/Keynote and Microsoft Office.
• Effective leadership abilities to manage a team.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent presentation, sales, and negotiation skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Bonus
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday
