You will own recruitment strategies, manage the full lifecycle from sourcing to closing, and use data to optimize processes for automation and scalability, with a focus on long-term impact.

Qualifications

• Hiring top software engineering talent across Front-End, Back-End, Mobile, Platform and Leadership.
• Ability to assess culture and values beyond resumes.
• Experience navigating ambiguity and scaling recruitment processes.
