Qualifications

• 10+ years in recruitment, with leadership experience.
• Experience building/global scale recruitment functions.
• Proven track record in SaaS/enterprise software environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global technology recruitment strategy.
• Lead a distributed team of recruitment managers and specialists.
• Partner with executives (Engineering, Product, HR, Finance) to forecast hiring needs.
• Own end-to-end hiring for technical roles and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Drive process improvements, employer branding, and analytics to improve metrics.
