Job summary

Wise is seeking a Recruitment Excellence Lead to direct and scale a strategic recruitment function, bridging Talent Operations, People, and business strategy. You will govern governance, data analytics, and vendor relationships to ensure efficient hiring at scale.

You will partner with Talent, People and Business Leads to design cross‑functional processes, lead contingency workforce planning, and drive operational excellence across regions in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in managing a Centreof Excellence (COE) or a similar operational recruitment leadership function.
• Experience in overseeing RPO, vendor panels, and contingent workforce management.
• Established history as a business partner and strategic consultant to senior executives.
• Strong analytical skills, specifically in governance, auditing, and navigating intricate operational challenges.
• Superior ability to influence stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation.
• Prior experience in Project Management is considered beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership and Team Direction: Cultivate and expand the Recruitment Excellence team, promoting a standard of high-level performance and persistent refinement.
• Set the strategic path for team projects to guarantee they support broader business and talent goals.
• Collaborate within the Talent Strategy leadership cohort to shape and enhance the comprehensive People and Talent roadmap.
