Job summary

GeologicAI is seeking a strong Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own global recruiting for tech, mining, and operations roles. You’ll build relationships with leaders, shape hiring strategies, and drive structured, measurable processes across our fast-growing company.

This is a role that thrives on relationship-building and data-driven decision making. You will source passive candidates, manage multiple searches, and partner with marketing to craft an employer brand appealing to technology

Qualifications

• Deep sourcing capability in specialist markets where top candidates do not apply to ads.
• 5+ years of full-cycle in-house recruitment in fast-growing companies.
• Recruitment experience in Technology or Mining (bonus if both).
• Proven track record of high-volume delivery across multiple concurrent searches.
• Experience building or improving recruitment processes (interviews, scorecards, ATS, workflows).
• Experience hiring across multiple countries and time zones.
• Experience using AI tools in recruiting and ability to explain impact.
• Comfort with recruitment data to influence hiring decisions.
• Strong coaching and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Source proactively as our primary way of hiring; engage and convert non-looking candidates in specialist markets.
• Own full-cycle recruitment for professional, technical and operational roles globally.
• Run multiple concurrent searches at pace, maintaining quality and candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to scope roles and coach them through interviewing and hiring decisions.
• Own recruitment process materials: scorecards, questions, guides, offers for approval.
• Track recruitment metrics and use insights to improve hiring across teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing to build an employer brand for tech and mining talent.
• Deliver a candidate experience that supports our reputation in connected industries.
