Job summary

Coder is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to join a high-impact, collaborative team. You will own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, partnering with hiring teams from intake to offer and onboarding.

You will source candidates across channels, maintain proactive communication, and manage pipelines with data-driven insights. Prior startup experience and familiarity with Ashby ATS are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical roles, including Engineering, Product and GTM.
• Ability to discuss technical fundamentals and role expectations with candidates.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and cross-functional teams.
• Clear written and verbal communication; direct, respectful, timely.
• Organized approach to pipelines, prioritization, and deadlines.
• Experience in a startup environment using Ashby ATS.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles, from intake through offer.
• Source and engage candidates across multiple channels with targeted outreach.
• Manage hiring teams end-to-end with proactive communication and feedback.
• Track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and adjust strategy using data.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation in Ashby, Notion, etc. to keep hiring teams aligned.
