You will partner with technology leadership, hiring managers to define hiring needs, shape sourcing strategies and deliver an excellent candidate experience.

The successful candidate will bring strong market knowledge, disciplined search execution and the credibility to act as a trusted adviser on technology talent.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for senior technology roles across engineering, product and architecture.
• Ability to translate business needs into role requirements and market-informed search strategies.
• Proven track record delivering niche or hard-to-fill technology searches.
• Strong data-driven approach and reporting to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for senior and specialist technology roles across geographies.
• Partner with technology leaders and hiring managers to translate business needs into clear role requirements and market-informed search strategies.
• Build high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing and networking.
• Provide market insight on talent availability, compensation, location strategy and candidate expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent searches with prioritization and clear communication of progress.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system and report KPIs.
