Ema Unlimited is building advanced agentic AI systems and seeks a Senior Technical Support Specialist to own health, reliability, and trust in production. You will work across AI, integrations, and workflows with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to prevent incidents and drive quality improvements.

Remote full-time role in the UK with opportunities to influence product roadmaps and incident response practices while growing into leadership positions within the reliability domain.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior technical support, reliability, or production engineering roles.
• Experience in AI / automation platforms and live production environments.
• Familiarity with major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures in multi-agent AI workflows and root-cause incidents.
• Prevent repeated incidents through disciplined RCA and on-call hygiene.
• Explain AI failures clearly to customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Implementation to improve reliability.
• Escalate to the right teams and communicate calmly with customers.
