Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager for the EMEA region to act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor. You will lead onboarding, drive adoption of ClickUp AI, manage account health, and collaborate with Sales, Product and Support to ensure customers realize business value, growth, and long-term success.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of ClickUp capabilities, automation, integrations, and AI Agent functionality.
• Familiar with generative AI concepts, prompt design, and automation frameworks.
• Expertise in workflow analysis, process design, and identifying friction points.
• Experience managing complex customer programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficient with dashboards and metrics to communicate health, adoption, and ROI.
• Strong executive-level communication and relationship-building skills.
• Full ownership of assigned book of business and accountable for outcomes.
• Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering and Support to drive results.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation of ClickUp for new customers.
• Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable ClickUp solutions (workflows, templates, hierarchies, automations).
• Guide customers through foundational setup, integration, governance and change management.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and account health to promote long-term success and growth.
• Conduct intake → execution → reporting cycles for key workflows and map current-state to future-state processes.
• Drive adoption of ClickUp AI and build custom workflow Agents aligned to customer KPIs.
• Provide training and consultation on AI and automation best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment between delivery and customer value.
