Job summary

ClickUp is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager - Customer Success (EMEA) to be a strategic partner and trusted advisor to enterprise customers. You will drive onboarding, adoption, and value realization while working with Sales, Product, and Support across the region.

In this remote role, you’ll lead account health, define success plans, map workflows, and enable AI-powered automation to achieve measurable outcomes that align with business KPIs and customer goals.
