Job summary

Rithum is hiring a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to guide enterprise and strategic clients through their journey with the platform. You will collaborate with the Client Success Manager to align technical solutions with business goals and drive long-term value through optimization.

You will lead technical roadmap discussions, oversee channel integrations, and act as a trusted advisor to overcome complex obstacles, partnering with Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise or strategic clients and onboarding.
• Ability to map channel requirements and integrations.
• Strong project management and stakeholder communication.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools and Microsoft Copilot is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as weekly touchpoint for clients, manage BAU activities.
• Develop channel implementation strategies aligned to requirements.
• Drive platform execution including repricing and promotions.
• Provide technical reviews and forward-looking optimization guidance.
• Bridge client and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
