Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles across multiple EMEA markets.
• Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders with data.
• Experience in-house SaaS, Data or AI space is a plus.
• Experience scaling high-growth software/data/AI companies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle hiring for Field Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering teams.
• Develop strategic hiring plans and build diverse talent pipelines.
• Partner with leaders across EMEA to calibrate roles and seniority.
• Provide data-driven insights and market benchmarks to inform workforce planning.
• Create positive interview experiences and mentor junior recruiters.
