Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Recruiter for Field Engineering & FDE to lead full-cycle hiring across EMEA from London and other hubs. You will design creative outbound sourcing, build market maps, and partner with managers to maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across engineering roles.

You will use data to benchmark recruiting efforts, keep stakeholders informed with clear updates, and ensure a fast, positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in-house or agency for software/SaaS or Data/AI space.
• Demonstrable outbound sourcing ability beyond inbound applications.
• Strong written communication and genuine candidate experience focus.
• Comfort using data to prioritise time and influence decisions.
• Highly organised, able to run multiple searches across EMEA time zones.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for entry to mid-level Field Engineering roles across EMEA.
• Run creative outbound sourcing to build a healthy pipeline of passive candidates.
• Build market maps and talent pools by market, skill and competitor.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and senior recruiters on intake and feedback.
• Provide fast, honest communication and a smooth interviewing process.
