Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Senior Recruiter to drive end-to-end recruitment for Field Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering across the EMEA region. You will build and engage talent pipelines, partner with leadership to calibrate roles, and use data to forecast hiring needs.

You will work closely with senior stakeholders, mentor teams, and ensure a positive interview experience while expanding Databricks’ data and AI space across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for Go-To-Market roles in the software industry across multiple EMEA markets.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders with data rather than opinion.
• Experience building strategic partnerships within the business.

Responsibilities

• Identify and hire top Field Engineering & Forward Deployed Engineering talent in EMEA.
• Develop and sustain talent pipelines for active and passive candidates.
• Conduct intake and calibration sessions with Field Engineering leaders across EMEA.
• Provide data-driven market insights to set role designs and forecasts.
• Lead candidates and hiring managers through closing processes with effective market data.
