Job summary

Databricks is seeking a Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for Field Engineering and Forward Deployed Engineering roles across EMEA. You will craft creative outbound sourcing, build talent networks, and partner with leaders to assemble high-impact teams.

This fixed-term 12-month role emphasizes data-driven decision making, strong candidate experience, and rigorous ATS hygiene, with regular updates to stakeholders and a global mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience sourcing and recruiting in-house or agency, ideally in software/SaaS/Data and AI space.
• Demonstrable outbound sourcing ability and storytelling in outreach to engage hard-to-reach candidates.
• Comfort recruiting technical, customer-facing profiles or quick learning of technical domains.
• Strong written communication and a genuine interest in candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle hiring for entry to mid-level Field Engineering roles across EMEA.
• Run creative outbound sourcing: build target lists and effective outreach.
• Build market maps and talent pools by market, skill and competitor.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters on intake and feedback, with regular updates.
• Provide a great candidate experience with fast, honest communication and a smooth process.
• Keep ATS data clean and provide reliable funnel reporting and channel insights.
• Contribute to sourcing strategy by testing tools and sharing learnings with the team.
