Job summary

The Rec Hub Limited is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology to lead end-to-end technology hiring in a fast-moving global environment. This hybrid London role requires hands-on sourcing and strategic partnership with stakeholders to deliver top product, software, cloud and network talent.

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle, build trusted relationships with hiring managers, optimise processes, and drive the candidate experience from first contact to offer.

Contract

Hybrid - London - 3 days in office

We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support one of our clients with their technology hiring. You'll need to know how to hire technical people (a mix of product, software engineers, cloud, networks, and telco architecture) for a global organisation.

You’ll be a true partner to the business, sourcing top talent, optimising processes, and delivering quality hires fast. Your work will be very visible as part of our delivery team for this client.

What You’ll Do:

• Own end-to-end hiring across several key business areas - with a focus on the UK.

• Manage the data as we hire, looking for more than just activity - helping managers make better decisions
