• Proven experience hiring in a high-growth tech scaleup.
• Credible UK market network in Product & Design Engineering.
• Evidence of closing low-volume, high-caliber engineers via non-standard routes.

Responsibilities

• Own the product & design engineering hiring strategy with the CTO.
• Build an always-on attraction engine (content, community, outreach).
• Deliver high-caliber hires and maintain hiring quality through calibration and process improvements.
