Job summary

Foundation Partners in London is seeking an Embedded Talent Specialist/Sourcer to lead end-to-end direct sourcing for Engineering, Product, and GTM roles. You will partner with founders and Talent Leads to build top-of-funnel strategies and drive high-quality hires quickly.

This hands-on role requires market intelligence, creative outreach, and strong collaboration with client teams in a fast-growing startup ecosystem across the UK, US, and Europe.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Talent Acquisition or Sourcing.
• Demonstrated expert-level sourcing across at least one area (Engineering, Product, GTM).
• Experience with startups and scale-ups (Seed–Series B).
• Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end direct sourcing for critical roles across Engineering, Product, and GTM.
• Build and maintain high-quality, always-on talent pipelines.
• Identify non-obvious talent pools through multiple channels (Boolean, platforms, communities, referrals).
• Test, iterate, and refine sourcing approaches to improve response rates and speed.
