Job summary

Orbital is hiring a Senior People Partner to work directly with Product Engineering leadership, shaping scalable people solutions for a fast-growing tech environment. You’ll coach, mentor, and partner at the highest level while building enablement tools that drive performance, culture, and planning with impact.

You’ll own the people strategy for engineering, help shape roadmap considerations, and push for clear outcomes with measurable results in a dynamic, security-conscious organization.

Qualifications

• Experience partnering with engineering/product teams in fast-growing tech environments.
• Strong understanding of UK employment law and complex ER scenarios.
• Ability to diagnose problems, design solutions, and measure impact.
• Comfort challenging senior stakeholders with sound judgement.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Engineering leadership to coach performance and health.
• Build scalable people solutions and enablement tools that grow with the business.
• Lead launch of line-manager capability programmes and high-performance initiatives.
