Lovable is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to partner with Engineering, Product & Design in London (Stockholm optional) as a trusted advisor to the leadership team. You will coach on org design, location strategy, talent planning, employee relations, manager effectiveness, and change management as we scale across locations.

This in-office role embeds with EPD to drive AI-native people operations, headcount planning, performance cycles, and retention through pragmatic, human-centered

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years in HRBP or People Partner roles supporting technical teams
• Experience at AI-native, developer-tools, or high-growth tech companies
• Strong business judgment linking people decisions to product velocity and leadership performance
• Excellent judgment in employee relations, including sensitive cases
• Comfort giving hard feedback to senior technical leaders
• Adaptable to ambiguity and fast-paced environments

Aufgaben

• Strategic People Partnership with EPD leaders to shape teams, leadership effectiveness, retention, and change
• Lead AI-native People Operations and scalable processes to speed work and maintain human-centered culture
• Org Design, Headcount Planning, and future workforce shaping with Eng Leads, Finance, Recruiting
• Manage quarterly performance reviews and calibration processes for EPD
• Identify flight risks and gaps through people data and design practical interventions
• Own employee relations and risk management in partnership with Legal and People Ops
• Coach technical leaders through promotions, changes, and feedback to improve team health
• Drive People Program execution including manager enablement, career paths, leveling, and engagement changes
