Job summary

Via is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner, Engineering in London to lead the hiring strategy for engineering teams and build sourcing plans across Europe. You’ll partner with engineering managers, tech leads and product leaders to define what great looks like and ensure a rigorous process that yields the right hires.

You’ll develop proactive candidate pipelines from London's engineering community, shape a fast, thoughtful interview flow, and share market insights to raise the bar on how Via

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a technical recruiting role sourcing software engineers.
• Understands the software development lifecycle and can credibly speak engineering language.
• Smart, gritty, and resourceful with a hands-on mindset.
• Naturally curious, eager to learn and contribute ideas.
• Steady, optimistic, and solution-oriented culture carrier.
• Comfortable with ambiguous, complex challenges requiring good judgment.
