Ably, the realtime infrastructure company, is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own hiring end-to-end from brief to offer. As the sole in-house recruiter, you will partner with the VP of People and CTO, calibrate briefs, source proactively, and lead interviewing with a focus on engineering and technical roles across the UK and Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience hiring engineers across UK/Europe.
• Ability to calibrate briefs and interview processes.
• Proven sole or lead recruiter in start-up/scale-up.
• Outbound sourcing and market mapping with AI usage.

Responsibilities

• Calibrate hiring briefs before going to market with hiring managers.
• Find and close great people; run sourcing, screens, interviews, and offers.
• Improve interviews with structured scorecards and fairness.
• Leverage AI across sourcing, outreach, screening, and admin.
• Manage and negotiate agency relationships.
• Be Ably’s voice with candidates and the tech community.
