Tiger Recruitment in Central London is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions within a rapidly growing, international infrastructure business. This is a permanent role and requires a hands-on recruiter who can drive search strategies and candidate engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience within the construction or data center industry is essential.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruitment Consultant.
• Experience having worked as a Manager or Senior Manager.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence.
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide hiring recommendations.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for positions across multiple business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to develop effective hiring strategies and workforce plans.
• Proactively source, engage, and assess high-quality talent through a variety of channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Provide market insights, salary benchmarking, and competitor intelligence to stakeholders.
• Drive recruitment processes from role briefing through to offer management and onboarding.
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring experience.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices.
