Job summary

Tiger Recruitment in Central London is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process across multiple functions within a rapidly growing, international infrastructure business. This is a permanent role and requires a hands-on recruiter who can drive search strategies and candidate engagement.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead sourcing campaigns, build talent pipelines, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience, with a strong focus on construction or data

Qualifications

• Experience within the construction or data center industry is essential.
• Proven experience as a Senior Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Partner, or Recruitment Consultant.
• Experience having worked as a Manager or Senior Manager.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate attraction capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence.
• Commercially minded with the ability to provide hiring recommendations.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

I am partnering with a rapidly growing international critical infrastructure business that is expanding its footprint across Europe and other global markets, looking to appoint an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their talent acquisition team on a permanent basis.
