Job summary

We are recruiting for a senior in-house recruiter in London to lead full-cycle recruitment across GTM and commercial functions. You will build pipelines, partner with senior leaders, and ensure a rigorous, efficient process that keeps multiple searches moving smoothly.

You will drive adoption of AI recruiting tools and collaborate with the People team to deliver a joined-up candidate experience. Experience in fast-moving product-led environments is highly valued.

Qualifications

• In-house recruitment experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Experience hiring across commercial and GTM functions.
• Strong ability to manage senior stakeholders and briefs.
• Hands-on use of AI and modern recruiting tools to improve speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Run full-cycle recruitment across GTM and commercial functions, managing multiple searches.
• Build and maintain pipelines of passive talent before roles open.
• Partner with senior commercial leaders and ensure rigorous hiring processes.
• Bring structure to hiring across the commercial org and manage competing searches.
• Experiment with AI tools to source, screen, and move candidates faster.
