Job summary

Rubrik is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (EMEA) contractor to partner with Sales and GTM leaders, scaling regional headcount while building strong stakeholder relationships across EMEA.

In this high-impact role you will own end-to-end recruitment, develop scalable strategies, drive employer branding, and mentor the recruiting team to deliver an exceptional candidate experience in a fast-growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in-house recruitment within dynamic GTM/Sales environments.
• 8+ years total experience preferred; recruitment agency experience before that.
• Strong communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
• Data-driven mindset with attention to recruiting metrics.
• Adaptive to diverse req-load across multiple European territories.
• BA/BS degree preferred, but proven success matters most.

Responsibilities

• Full-cycle execution from sourcing to closing with a white-glove candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Act as a key advisor to sales leadership, providing data-driven hiring insights.
• Own recruitment strategy and scalable solutions for a high-growth tech environment.
• Attract passive talent using creative sourcing in GTM and Sales domains.
• Provide thought leadership and mentor the recruiting team on best practices.
• Lead cross-functional projects including regional talent branding and diversity programs.
