Qualifications

• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Talent Partnering or People & Culture in a high-growth tech business.
• Experience leading end-to-end recruitment across EMEA in a B2B tech context.
• Experience recruiting across commercial and technical functions in a B2B tech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience with onboarding and employee lifecycle activities.
