You will bring proven experience in strategic talent acquisition, within FMCG or Consumer Goods sector (food and beverage). A background in leading recruitment teams while remaining hands-on at a senior hiring level is essential. Strong analytical capability, commercial acumen, and emotional intelligence will be key to success in this role. They are looking for someone who has previously built a talent acquisition function from the ground up (could have been stand alone or leading a team). Additionally, they are looking for candidates who are in future open to an international posting as this will be a future SLT role.
This newly created role offers a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Senior Talent Acquisition professional to shape and implement the organisation’s strategic talent pipeline across multiple business functions. Sitting as a key partner to the HR leadership team, you’ll take ownership of proactive talent pooling, longer-term workforce planning, and senior-level (Exec) recruitment across multiple vertical markets.
