Sword is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Managed Services team. You will provide day-to-day operational support across on-premise and datacentre environments, focusing on stability, security and measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Five years' experience supporting enterprise systems infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day operational support, administration and maintenance across on-premise and datacentre environments.
• Monitor service health using alerts, logs, metrics to identify degradation early.
• Investigate and resolve incidents across Windows Server, AD, DNS, DHCP and related services.
• Maintain documentation and SOPs; support upgrades, migrations and hardware refreshes.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and reduce operational risk.
• Support root-cause analysis and problem management with focus on permanent fixes.
