Brightwell is seeking a Senior Systems Developer for the Member Services team to configure, support and enhance the IntelliPen Pension Administration platform. You will report to the Senior System Development Manager and drive system improvements to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities include designing workflows, testing strategies, and integrations while mentoring teammates and delivering reliable releases in a complex pension environment. Hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Qualifikationen

• Robust background in supporting and developing defined benefit pensions administration systems; experience implementing tech enhancements to improve operations and member outcomes.
• Strong technical skills, especially in SQL and system configuration.
• Experience with IntelliPen or similar pension platforms; understanding workflows, calculations, reporting, and integrations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to collaborate with stakeholders and drive change.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop, and enhance IntelliPen platform functionalities including workflows, reporting, document generation, and system integrations.
• Provide expert technical support to development teams and operational staff, resolving incidents promptly.
• Collaborate with change management, project teams and third-party partners to deliver system improvements.
• Work with QA to define testing strategies and ensure high-quality releases.
• Plan development roadmaps, manage sprint activities, and support continuous delivery with senior personnel.
• Analyze development reports to evaluate impact of enhancements against business objectives.
• Maintain compliance with governance standards and safeguard system integrity.
• Take ownership of solution design and provide technical leadership to colleagues.
