Job summary

Procentia, part of the Brightwell Group, is seeking an Implementation Consultant to configure IntelliPen for clients. You will work with a Team Leader and cross‑functionally with colleagues to tailor workflows, interfaces, payroll, migrations and reports, ensuring customer requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Experience in implementing software systems.
• Adaptable and agile.
• Understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Prioritise, meet deadlines and deliver rapid outcomes.
• Confident to adapt and learn new programmes and systems.
• Excellent verbal, written communication and organisational skills.
• High degree of numeracy.
• Configuring or developing pensions or financial services software.
• Experience of T-SQL.
• Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Configure the IntelliPen administration system to meet client requirements, including workflows, data screens, interfaces, pensioner payroll, data migrations, reports and benefit calculations.
• Meet with clients to gather requirements and obtain feedback and approval.
• Customise software systems based on client needs and specifications.
• Educate clients on using IntelliPen and customised features.
• Engage with the training team when required.
• Create documentation for clients and internal use.
• Support in the software release process when required.
• Support in the software upgrade process when required.
• Build credibility with team members and clients.
