Job summary

The Pension Protection Fund in London with a hybrid work model is seeking a Pension Systems Analyst to support and enhance our pension administration platforms and member services applications.

You will work closely with operations, IT and external software providers to understand challenges, triage issues, and translate business requirements into effective system configurations. The role is based in Croydon with flexible hybrid arrangements.

Qualifications

• Experience in pension administration or related customer services.
• Track record of delivering service improvements.
• Ability to configure pension administration software.
• Translate business needs into system solutions.
• Strong stakeholder management and persuasive skills.
• Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
• Can manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and process mapping.
• Experience analysing and improving processes.
• Articulate business requirements for system config.
