Job summary

ADEY Limited is seeking an experienced Systems Operations Engineer to support and evolve our core systems, platforms and cloud services. You will be a senior technical resolver, maintaining high performance, reducing downtime and driving operational excellence across a complex IT estate.

Responsibilities

Provide expert support and optimisation for core systems, platforms and cloud services.
Analyse existing systems and recommend improvements to enhance performance, resilience and efficiency.
Author and maintain high-quality technical documentation covering current and future system designs.
Ensure systems are maintained, patched and updated in line with best practice.
Meet SLAs for support, request fulfilment and change delivery.
Support operational projects, owning assigned tasks and deliverables.
Ensure systems are secure by design and compliant with organisational policies.
Produce reports and audits to evidence effective system management.
